Unlike standard package delivery, your cargo is highly delicate and time-sensitive. You will be transporting insulated thermal bags packed with fresh produce, frozen meats, eggs, and fragile glass jars. Your primary objective is to maintain the strict "cold chain" integrity of the groceries while navigating complex urban and suburban routes with surgical precision. This role requires exceptional spatial organization within your vehicle, a profound respect for food safety protocols, and the ability to hustle relentlessly to beat the ticking delivery clock.

A Day in the Life of a Fresh Delivery Driver

Your shift operates at breakneck speed. You arrive at a specialized Amazon Fresh sub-node or a designated Whole Foods staging area. You open the proprietary Amazon delivery app, which pings you with a highly optimized, multi-stop grocery route. You grab a customized cart loaded with dozens of heavy, insulated brown paper bags. You have mere minutes to strategically load these bags into your van, grouping them perfectly by customer address to ensure you aren't digging around later. You hit the road, racing against a strict 2-hour delivery SLA (Service Level Agreement). You arrive at an upscale apartment building, load six heavy grocery bags onto your collapsible dolly, and navigate the elevators to the customer's exact door. You carefully place the groceries to avoid blocking the screen door, capture a digital confirmation photo, and sprint back to your van to hit the next stop before the ice cream in the next order melts. You must handle insulated thermal bags with extreme care, ensuring that delicate items (like eggs, bread, and produce) are never crushed, and that frozen items are delivered rapidly to prevent spoilage.
• High-Velocity Route Execution: Utilize the proprietary Amazon routing application to execute "ultra-fast" delivery blocks. You must aggressively manage your time, utilizing expert local knowledge and GPS to bypass traffic and meet strict 1-to-2-hour customer delivery windows.
• Advanced Freight Organization: Master the spatial organization of your delivery van. You must systematically load dozens of identically colored grocery bags so they can be retrieved instantly at each stop, minimizing time spent idling at the curb.
• Urban Physical Agility: Execute the extreme physical demands of grocery delivery. You will constantly push heavy dollies stacked high with groceries up steep driveways, through complex residential building lobbies, and up multiple flights of stairs.

Basic Qualifications and Physical Requirements
