About the Role: The Holiday Hero

As a Seasonal Delivery Driver, you are the reinforcements we need during Peak. You will be rapidly trained and deployed in a company-provided delivery van. Your mission is to execute high-volume routes during the busiest weeks of the year. The weather may be colder, the traffic may be heavier with holiday shoppers, and the vans will be packed to the brim, but the financial rewards make it incredibly worthwhile. You are bringing the holiday magic directly to the customer's door. This is a short-term commitment (typically 6 to 12 weeks) that requires maximum hustle, immense reliability, and a fantastic attitude.

A Day in the Life During Peak Season

You arrive at the delivery station, which is buzzing with intense holiday energy. You grab your keys, locate your van, and load an astonishing number of packages. You hit the road, navigating neighborhoods decorated with festive lights. Your stops are incredibly frequent. You pull up to a house, grab the packages, and hustle to the porch. Comprehensive Duties & Responsibilities

• High-Volume Peak Execution: Execute extremely dense delivery routes safely and rapidly. You must manage your time flawlessly to ensure all holiday packages are delivered before dark.
• Winter Weather Driving: Safely operate a commercial delivery van in potentially adverse winter weather conditions (rain, sleet, or snow). You must demonstrate extreme defensive driving skills.
• Heavy Festive Freight Handling: The holidays mean heavy gifts. You will manually lift, load, and deliver packages (up to 50 lbs each) to residential porches continuously.
• Customer Obsession Under Pressure: Maintain a warm, festive, and professional demeanor with customers, even when the operational pace is incredibly demanding.
